Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to begin a full-day exploration of Mongolia’s vibrant capital, where ancient traditions meet modern city life. Sukhbaatar Square – Start at the central square of Ulaanbaatar, surrounded by important government buildings and cultural landmarks. Learn about Mongolia’s modern history and see the statue of Damdin Sukhbaatar, the hero of the 1921 revolution. Enjoy time for photos and a short walk around the city’s main public space. Chinggis Khan Museum – Continue to one of Mongolia’s most important museums, showcasing the legacy of the Great Mongol Empire. Explore exhibitions featuring royal artifacts, ancient weapons, traditional costumes, and interactive displays that bring the history of Chinggis Khan and his descendants to life. Zaisan Memorial & Zaisan Hill – Drive to Zaisan Hill for a panoramic view over the entire city and surrounding mountains. Bogd Khan Palace Museum – After lunch, visit the former winter palace of Mongolia’s last king, Bogd Khan.
